Fenix, a bespoke web-based platform, accelerates the transition to intelligence-led policing by enabling the capture and analysis of data gathered by police units in their day-to-day work. It acts as a central interface for collecting and auditing data, analysing crime trends and producing analytical products to inform mission planning.

Data entry on Fenix is done across all police stations and updated at a central command and control centre with links to incidents and response measures. Users are able to attach photos, images, voice or any file format to each entry. A wide range of analytical features are built into the platform and can process millions of data points within seconds. Data visualisation is made simple and intuitive by the use of dashboards and graph tools.
