Siren Analytics’ co-founder, Carole Alsharabati, spoke on the Inclusive Finance Fronteirs podcast of CGAP about our experience developing Lebanon’s first digital social protection platform, DAEM.

DAEM was established as part of a $246 million program set up by the World Bank and the Lebanese government to implement an emergency social safety net at the height of Lebanon’s financial crisis. 

Carole spoke alongside representatives from the Government of Lebanon, CGAP and the World Bank. The key message: through collaboration it is possible - even in the most challenging conditions - to design solutions that go beyond emergency relief and sow the seeds for a more inclusive financial system.
